Monsoon Storage and Optimization Services
Meeting the data storage needs of Enterprises is a complex task. While the Cloud has become an important, and in many cases leading piece of the IT toolkit, a simple put-and-get interface is insufficient for Enterprise needs. A new solution that is cloud-centric and protocol-based is necessary to handle the massive data storage needs of Enterprises — and the ability to be effectively integrated into an existing environment is a key requirement.
Monsoon is creating the solution. By combining the security and transparency inherent in blockchain technology with its advanced cloud-based protocols, the Monsoon Network will provide clients worldwide the ability to safely and securely store data on public and private clouds, manage data more efficiently by synching it between multiple clouds and generate significant cost savings by strategically shifting data between clouds.
All of Monsoon’s services – whether for storage, optimization or policy – are available through a rich set of application program interfaces, or APls. Users can also employ a set of multi-tenant, cloud-based user interfaces, UIs, to interact with the Monsoon Network. The Monsoon Network protocols are a compelling stand-alone offering; however, when used within a vertical industry and/or geography, Monsoon Network providers will offer additional and enhanced services that can be tailored to the
specific needs of their customers.
